• Game data: Minecraft username, UUID, connection IP address, gameplay statistics, in-game chat logs, punishment history.
• Discord account data: username, Discord ID, assigned roles, messages sent in the server's public channels, for moderation purposes only.
• Store data: email address provided at the time of purchase, order history, purchased products/packages.
• Payment data: payments are processed by third-party providers (e.g., PayPal, Stripe, or equivalent providers). TypeMC does not store and does not have access to full credit card or bank account details; it only receives confirmation of the transaction outcome and the minimum data necessary to fulfill the order.
• Website technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, technical cookies and, where consented to, analytics cookies.

3. Purposes of Processing

The data collected is used to:

• Provide access to, and ensure the proper functioning of, the game servers;
• Manage Store purchases and fulfill orders;
• Prevent, detect, and sanction improper conduct, Rules violations, or fraud attempts (including refund-related abuse, see the Rules and Terms of Service);
• Provide support via Discord or email;
• Send communications regarding service changes, events, or offers, where the user has consented;
• Comply with legal obligations.

4. Legal Basis

Processing is based on:

• Performance of a contract (use of the service, management of purchases);
• Legitimate interest of the Controller (network security, fraud and abuse prevention);
• Consent of the user (e.g., promotional communications, non-technical cookies);
• Legal obligation, where applicable.

5. Data Retention

Data is retained for as long as strictly necessary for the purposes described above, and in any event no longer than:

• Game and punishment data: up to 24 months from the last activity, unless longer retention is required for ongoing disputes;
• Purchase data: for the period required by applicable tax and accounting regulations;
• Technical logs: up to 12 months.

6. Sharing Data with Third Parties

Personal data may be shared with:

• Payment providers (e.g., PayPal), limited to the data necessary to process the transaction;
• Hosting providers for the game servers and the website;
• Discord Inc., in connection with the use of the official Discord server, in accordance with Discord's Privacy Policy;
• Competent authorities, if required by law.

TypeMC does not sell or transfer users' personal data to third parties for unauthorized marketing purposes.
